Returns

Because these are sensitive laboratory materials whose handling, storage and integrity we cannot verify once they leave our control, we do not accept returns of products after an order has shipped, and we cannot take back opened, used, or unsealed products for any reason. All sales are final except as stated below.

Do not send a package back to us without a return authorization. We cannot accept or credit an unauthorized return. If we authorize a return in writing for one of the reasons below, we will tell you where and how to send it, and the authorization will state who pays for shipping.

Damaged, missing or incorrect items

If your order arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged items, contact support@inbox.usamadepeptides.us right away and no later than 7 days after delivery. Give us your order number and clear photographs of the outer box and its shipping label, the damage, and the product label or lot number. Keep all packaging until we have resolved the claim.

If we confirm the problem, we will, at our choice, ship a replacement at no charge or refund the affected items, including the original shipping charge if the error was ours. Do not use a product you believe is damaged or incorrect.

Packages that do not arrive

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, or the package has not arrived within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us. We will open a trace with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will re-ship or refund the order. We are not able to replace packages delivered to the address on the order that the carrier shows as delivered unless the carrier's investigation finds a carrier error.

Quality concerns

If you believe a product does not match the certificate of analysis published for its lot, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, the lot number, and a description of what you found and how you tested it, including any test report. We will review it, may ask for the unopened or retained material, and will investigate the lot. If we confirm that the product does not conform to the specification we published for that lot, we will replace it or refund it. A result that depends on handling, storage, reconstitution or testing methods outside our control is not a nonconformity.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted by email before your order ships, and we will cancel an order that has not yet been picked or packed. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. We may cancel an order ourselves as described in the Terms of Use.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, or by the same method used to pay an invoice, and usually post within 5 to 10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping is refunded only where this policy says so. Replacements and refunds are our only remedies for a damaged, missing, incorrect or non-conforming product, as set out in the Terms of Use. We do not pay for lost research, time, materials or other consequential costs.

Wholesale and invoiced orders

The same policy applies to wholesale, account and invoiced orders. Report any problem in writing within 7 days of delivery. Where we approve a remedy we may issue it as a credit to your account, a replacement shipment, or a refund by the original payment method. An unpaid invoice remains due while a claim is open unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. A dispute for an order that was delivered as ordered, or that was not first raised with us under this policy, will be contested with the records of your order, age and research-use confirmations, and delivery.
