Research Use Policy

Laboratory research use only

Everything USA Made Peptides sells is a laboratory research material, supplied for in-vitro research and development by qualified persons. Products are not for human or animal use, including veterinary use. They are not drugs, medical devices, foods, dietary supplements or cosmetics, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

What you confirm when you order

By placing an order, you confirm that:

You are at least 21 years of age, and you are, or are ordering for, a person or organization with the training, facilities and authority to handle laboratory research materials.

You will use the products only for laboratory, in-vitro research and development, and will not administer, inject, ingest, apply or give them to any person or animal.

You will not sell, give, label, advertise or describe the products for human or animal use, and you will not repackage them as anything other than the research materials they are.

You are responsible for knowing and following every federal, state and local law that applies to your purchase, receipt, possession, use and disposal, including any that apply in your jurisdiction.

The information you give us about yourself, your organization and your intended use is true and complete, and you will tell us if it changes.

You will store, handle and dispose of the products safely and in line with the law, and you accept responsibility for doing so.

Prohibited uses

You may not use a product, or let anyone else use it, for human or animal consumption, injection, topical or other administration; as an ingredient in a food, supplement, cosmetic or drug; for dosing of any kind; or in any activity that would make us a pharmacy, compounder or drug manufacturer. You may not ask us for, and we will not give, medical, dosing or human-use guidance.

Resale and distribution

If you resell or distribute our products, you may do so only to qualified laboratory and research buyers, you must keep the research-use-only labeling intact, and you must pass these same limits on to each buyer in writing. You are responsible for the claims you and your buyers make. Do not use our brand to imply that a product is approved, endorsed or suitable for any human or animal use.

Our rights

We may ask you to confirm your identity, research affiliation or intended use at any time. We may refuse or cancel an order, close an account, and report suspected misuse to the authorities if we believe these limits have been or will be broken. Breaching this policy is a breach of the Terms of Use, including the indemnification section.
