Orders ship Monday–Friday via UPS. Place your order before 12:00 PM PT to ship the same day; orders placed after noon, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day. Standard shipping is UPS 2nd Day Air (about 2 business days in transit), and a UPS Next Day Air overnight option is available at checkout. You'll receive an email with tracking once your order ships. Delivery timing can vary by location and carrier. We currently ship within the United States.

Use the “Track Your Order” link in the footer, then enter your order number and the email you used at checkout; no account needed. If you have an account, every order and its current status also appears under Account → Order history. You'll also get an email with carrier and tracking once your order ships.

Due to the sensitive nature of our research products, we do not accept returns once an order has been shipped.
