You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from USA Made Peptides. By registering or placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are qualified to handle laboratory research materials.

Research use only

All products are sold exclusively for laboratory, in-vitro research and development use. They are not for human or animal consumption and are not intended for any medical application.

You accept full responsibility for compliance with applicable regulations and for the safe, lawful handling of all materials.

Chemical supplier, not a pharmacy

USA Made Peptides is a supplier of research chemicals and laboratory reference materials. We are not a pharmacy, a compounding pharmacy, an outsourcing facility, or a drug manufacturer, and we are not registered or licensed as any of these. We are not a 503A compounding pharmacy or a 503B outsourcing facility under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

Nothing we sell is a compounded drug, a prescription product, a dietary supplement, a food, or a cosmetic. We do not dispense medicines, fill prescriptions, or provide pharmacy or medical services, and nothing on this site is an offer to do so. Products are supplied solely as research materials for the laboratory use described above.

Ordering & payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Orders submitted after 11:00 PM PST are processed the following business day.

All sales are final; please review the Refunds & Returns policy before ordering.

Our right to refuse or cancel orders

We may decline, limit, cancel, or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including after an order has been placed or payment has been authorized. Reasons include suspected resale or diversion, any indication that products may be intended for human or animal use, suspected fraud or payment risk, quantities outside normal research use, shipping destinations we do not serve, or any suspected violation of these terms or applicable law.

If we cancel an order for which you have already been charged, we refund the amount charged for the cancelled items. We may also require verification of identity, research affiliation, or intended use before accepting an order.

Limitation of liability

Products are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. You assume all responsibility for product handling and lawful use, and agree to indemnify USA Made Peptides against claims arising from misuse.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and disputes fall under Nevada jurisdiction. By accessing the site or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
