Affiliate Program Terms

1. The program

These Affiliate Program Terms ("Terms") govern your participation in the USA Made Peptides affiliate program ("Program"). By submitting an application and checking the acceptance box, you agree to these Terms. Acceptance is recorded electronically and is as binding as a written signature.

Participation requires our approval and a USA Made Peptides account. We may approve, decline, pause, or end your participation at any time, for any reason, consistent with these Terms.

2. Research Use Only — promotion rules

Every product is sold strictly for laboratory research use only (RUO). This is the most important rule in the Program, and breaking it is grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commission.

• Never make any medical, therapeutic, anti-aging, weight-loss, or disease claim of any kind.
• Never provide dosing, administration, cycling, or any human- or animal-use instructions.
• Never use before/after results, testimonials of effects, or imply any health outcome.
• Keep all promotion factual and research-framed; describe products as Research Use Only and not for human or animal consumption.
• Submit your promotional content — including AI-generated copy — for approval before you publish it, and use only content we have approved. We may review, request changes to, or withdraw approval of any material; publishing unapproved promotional content is a breach.
• Disclose your affiliate relationship clearly wherever you promote, as required by the FTC's endorsement rules.
• No spam, no paid search on our brand terms, and no unauthorized coupon, deal, or cashback sites.

3. Referrals & attribution

You earn on qualifying orders attributed to you. A visitor who arrives through your referral link is attributed to you via a cookie that lasts 90 days; once they create an account or sign in through your link, that attribution is bound to their profile.

From that customer's first order, you earn commission on the orders they place for one year (365 days). After that year the referral attribution expires and their later orders no longer earn commission. If a different affiliate later refers the same customer, attribution moves to them (last touch) and a new one-year period begins.

Using your affiliate coupon code at checkout is a separate, explicit per-order credit (not subject to the one-year limit), but it earns commission only when it brings in business that is genuinely yours: the buyer is already your referral, or it is that customer's first order. A code used by an existing customer who was not referred by you gives them the discount but does not earn you commission.

You may not self-refer, place orders through your own link to earn commission, or use misleading, infringing, or unauthorized channels to generate referrals. Such activity voids the related commission.

4. Commission

New affiliates start at 10% commission and can tier up to 25% based on referred volume. Commission is calculated on the goods subtotal of an attributed order after any discount, and excludes shipping, taxes, and fees.

Commission rates, tiers, and any product- or category-specific rates are set per storefront and may change prospectively. Changes never reduce commission already earned and payable.

5. Payment terms

Commission for an order is held as pending for 30 days from the order date. This hold lets returns and refunds settle before a credit becomes payable. If an order is refunded, cancelled, charged back, or found to be fraudulent or in breach of these Terms, the related commission is reversed.

After the hold clears, your approved balance is paid once it reaches the $50.00 minimum payout threshold. Balances below the threshold roll over to the next period until the minimum is met.

• Minimum payout: $50.00. Below this, your balance rolls over.
• You choose how you're paid by saving a Zelle or USDC handle in your dashboard; payouts are arranged with you directly.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your payout details and for any taxes on amounts you receive. We may require tax information before issuing payment where the law requires it.
• Unclaimed or undeliverable payouts (for example, an invalid payout handle) may be withheld until you provide valid details.

6. Recruiter overrides

If you refer another person who is approved into the Program, you may earn an override — an additional commission calculated on that recruit's qualifying sales — at a rate set per storefront. Overrides apply one level deep: you earn on the affiliates you personally recruited, not on affiliates they in turn recruit.

Depending on the storefront's settings, the override is a percentage of either the recruit's order sales or the commission the recruit earned on that order. Override commission is held, becomes payable, and is reversed on the same terms as your other commission, and is paid only while both you and your recruit remain active in the Program.

Override rates and whether overrides are offered are set per storefront and may change prospectively. Changes never reduce override commission already earned and payable. You may not recruit yourself, create duplicate or fake accounts, or otherwise manipulate recruiting to generate overrides; doing so voids the related commission.

7. Ending participation

You may leave the Program at any time. We may suspend or terminate your participation for any breach of these Terms, and may withhold or reverse commission connected to the breach.

On termination, approved commission above the $50.00 minimum that was earned in compliance with these Terms remains payable; pending or disputed amounts may be withheld pending review.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be published here with a new version, and your continued participation after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
